Operation
The salt is fed into the machine through the sieves located in the container. At the bottom of the container there are two salt dispensers with the salt distributors and a vibratory feeder. A defined quantity of salt is conveyed and distributed through the two salt dispensers by means of a pneumatic pulse. The fine, non-free-flowing salt is conveyed by means of a screw onto a metering plate and then metered onto the butter strand by means of vibration. The salt quantities are adjustable via the control system.
