Operation
The product fed in is filled and conveyed with weight accuracy by means of electronic weighing technology. Liquid and spices are added as the product passes along the conveyor belt. The containers are then capped and sealed.

Structure
The filling line for chunky products has a modular design and can consist of several components depending on the product and customer. These include the product receiving and feeding system, the filling system with product buffer, the weighing pan(s) with container transfer, a pail or can conveyor, the loading and sealing technology, and a pail destacker.
