Operation

The automatically destacked pails are filled by an external filler and transported on the conveyor belt to the liquid feeder. The product hold-down device of the dosing unit prevents the product from flowing out during filling. Afterwards, the filled pails are capped and closed.

Structure

The filling line consists of the bucket destacker, the conveyor belt with cleaning application, the liquid dosing unit with product hold-down device, and an automatic lidding machine.
