Operation

The slices of bread, bagels or baguettes are conveyed to the various feed stations via the conveyor belts. The dosing of butter, sausage and bell pepper cubes as well as the cutting are done automatically. The line can also be extended with other filling and dosing applications.

Structure

The line consists of the sandwich loading conveyor with the butter feeders (p. 83) connected to it, a sausage slicer, a sandwich slicer (p. 129), a bell pepper dicer (p. 18), and the conveyor belts for linking the line components.
