Operation
The cabbage is fed to the machine whole and cut. The cut cabbage falls downwards from the cabbage cutter onto a conveyor belt.

Structure
The cabbage cutter is designed as a stand-alone machine and can be easily integrated into a line. The cabbage heads can be fed and discharged via external transport technology. The cutting plates can be selected according to customer requirements, e.g. for long or short cuts.
