Operation
The brine pump is supplied with liquid via an existing supply line. This is sucked into the piston in the first step and discharged into the outgoing line in the next step. The filling quantity is adjusted steplessly via the control on the control box.
Structure
The machine consists of a stable base frame on which all components necessary for metering are mounted. The most important assemblies include the metering piston with the associated pneumatic components, the valves for the suction and discharge sides, the electrically driven quantity adjustment, and the control box. The machine can be connected to an existing piping system. Manual intervention during the metering process is not provided.
