Operation

The cans are placed manually on the feed belt. A number of cans to be opened can be specified in advance in the control system. After starting, the cans automatically move into the machine and are transported upwards by the lifting device, opened and tipped out. Then the cans are pushed into the press. The lids as well as the pressed cans are transferred to a box pallet.

Structure

The line consists of the can feeding belt, the lifting device, the can opener, the product dumping device and the can press. By replacing the complete ring knife plate and adjusting the stops, the line can be quickly changed over to another can format.
