Operation

The fish are gutted by hand on several slaughter tables and placed in the cleaning plant. In the cleaning plant, the fish are mechanically cleaned from all sides as well as inside. This is followed by packing.

Structure

Plant consisting of a buffer table for the fish, a slaughter table, the carp cleaning plant and a final packing station.
