Operation

The peeled and halved mustard cucumbers are placed on the conveyor belt by hand. The belt moves the cucumbers in a timed manner under several ring knives arranged in a row. After the cucumber halves have been cut into uniform strips, they are halved again in the next step.

Structure

The cucumber slicer is designed as an independent machine. All assemblies, such as the cutting devices, are attached to a stable base frame.
