Operation
The automatically destacked pails are conveyed on the conveyor belt to the filling position. There, the supplied product is weighed and filled into the trays. The filled trays are then loaded and tightly closed with a lid.

Structure
The filling line has a modular design and can be product- and customer-specific, consisting of the product receiving and feeding system, a filling line with product buffer, a weighing pan with transfer to containers, a tray, pail or can conveyor, as well as loading and sealing technology.
