The spice doser is used for dosing for all rolling (granular) spices into canning jars and tin cans. The spices in the storage container are conveyed by a pneumatic impulse into a packaging means. This is a patented process. The dosing quantities are electronically adjustable.
The hopper with lid, the metering disc with feed, and the discharge unit are attached to a frame made of square tube and profiled material.
The dosing disk is driven by a servo motor. In addition, the switch cabinet for the electronics and control system is located on the frame of the feeder. All machine parts are made of stainless steel or food-safe plastic.
