Herb garnisher

Application area

Garnishing of small quantities of herbs:

  • in plastic cups
  • in plastic bowls
  • in canning jars
  • in tin cans

especially for:

  • dried herbs (parsley, chives, etc.)
  • spice mixtures

 

Operation

The herb garnisher is used for garnishing and dosing dried herbs, e.g. as topping in bowls. The dosing material is conveyed by means of a screw. This causes the herbs to fall, without being crushed or pressed, into the containers positioned below. The conveyor belt for the containers does not have to be stopped for garnishing.

Structure

The herb garnisher is designed as a supplementary machine and is used for integration into an existing plant. The
product container and all applications required for dosing are connected to a stable base frame. The product container can be viewed from two sides.
