Operation

The containers to be filled are fed and discharged via external conveyor belts. When entering the machine, the containers are covered by the belt running above and the filled product is held down.
The containers are continuously showered and filled with liquid as they move through the machine. The excess liquid is collected and fed again.

Structure

The infusion/overfill filler is designed as an independent machine and has a stable base frame to which all necessary assemblies are attached. The machine has an additional height-adjustable cover belt to cover the containers or to containers or to hold down the filled product.
