Operation
The trays to be filled are placed in the magazine of the meat loaf filler or, alternatively, directly on the tray conveyor (for returnable trays). The trays are transported to the filling point one after the other. Now the filling head lowers into the tray and the filling process starts. During filling, the tray is transported further to achieve complete filling. The filled mold continues to move, is pushed onto the second conveyor by an overslider, and is moved out of the machine in the opposite direction. The filled trays can be removed by an operator.
