The trays to be filled are placed in the magazine of the meat loaf filler or, alternatively, directly on the tray conveyor (for returnable trays). The trays are transported to the filling point one after the other. Now the filling head lowers into the tray and the filling process starts. During filling, the tray is transported further to achieve complete filling. The filled mold continues to move, is pushed onto the second conveyor by an overslider, and is moved out of the machine in the opposite direction. The filled trays can be removed by an operator.
The entire line is designed as a stand-alone machine and built on a sturdy stainless steel base frame. The line includes two tray conveyors, the product filling head with feed tube, the tray denester with automatic tray feed/storage, and the electrical and pneumatic control cabinets.
The system includes two tray transport belts, the product filling head with feed tube, the tray destacker with automatic tray feed/storage, and the electrical and pneumatic control cabinets. The filling valve located in the machine enables the exact filling of trays of various sizes up to 12 kg trays.
