Operation

The sausage meat is fed to the machine by means of a sausage stuffer and portioned. The filling valve lowers into the tray during the filling process. The trays are pushed over after the filling process and move out of the machine against the feed direction.

Structure

The meat loaf filler is designed as an independent machine. The raw mass is fed via a sausage filler (e.g. Handmann/VEMAG). The filling valve located in the machine enables the exact filling of trays of different sizes.
