Filling of meatloaf (liver loaf) into trays

Operation

The sausage meat is fed to the machine by means of a sausage stuffer and portioned. The filler valve lowers into the trays during the filling process and cuts off the sausage meat towards the end. The trays then move out of the machine and are transferred to an external belt.

Structure

The meatloaf filler is designed as an independent machine and can be used as part of a processing line. The raw mass is fed via a sausage filler (e.g. Handmann/VEMAG). The filling valve located in the machine enables the exact filling of trays of different sizes.
