Operation

The empty pallets are automatically positioned at the palletizing station. The buckets are automatically moved to form a layer. The layer translator transfers the finished layer completely onto the pallet. Any intermediate layers required are automatically placed on the bucket layers.

Structure

The machine consists of a single-track infeed conveyor, an automatic layer former, an automatic layer transfer unit, an automatic slip sheet feeder, and a driven pallet roller conveyor.
