Tray stacker machine with suction flow inserter

Application area

Automatic stacking of trays (with insertion of a suction flow)
especially for:
Different tray sizes

Operation

The trays are fed to the stacker via a conveyor belt. The incoming trays are detected and move on to the stacking device. During this process, a suction flow is optionally inserted into the trays. The tray stacks, which can be changed in height by the position of a sensor, are transferred from the stacking device to another conveyor belt and can be removed.

Structure

The entire plant is designed as an independent machine and built on a stable base frame made of stainless steel. The line includes the tray conveyor belts, the suction flow inserters with magazines, the stacking equipment, and the control cabinets for the electrical and pneumatic systems.
