Operation

The spice doser is used for dosing moist or dry spices and cut vegetables as individual components or spice mixtures. The integrated doctor blade (double doctor blade) is used to separate spice components that are difficult to dose. The doser adapts to the respective line capacity by means of the installed control system.

Structure

The spice dosing unit is designed as a machine for adding spices. The product container and all applications required for dosing are connected to a stable base frame. The spice doser can be easily integrated into an existing processing line.
