Operation

The automatically destacked trays are transported to the packing table and filled with product. The filled trays are placed on a conveyor belt attached to the packing table and pass to the automatic feeders. After the containers are closed, they automatically enter the container washing system.

Structure

The line consists of the tray/bucket destacker, the container conveyors, the packing tables, a salt as well as oil doser, a marinade doser, a lidding machine and a container washing machine.
