Operation

The supplied product is conveyed via a vibrating chute into the double-head weigher of the filling station. After the desired filling weight has been reached, the product is discharged into the cup. The filled cup passes via the conveyor belt to the infusion feeder and then to the lidder.

Structure

The filling line consists of an elevator belt with sorting section, the cup destacker, the vibrating filler with two scales and a discharge point, a pot-free infusion doser, and an automatic lidding machine for cups.
