Operation

The cups are automatically unstacked onto the belt and detected. A defined quantity of product is dosed into the cups at the filling point. The cups are then sealed with a lid.

Structure

The filling line consists of a cup destacker, a piston dosing unit with product storage container, and an automatic lidding machine. The line can be extended by an oil or spice dosing unit.
