The trays are automatically destacked and conveyed to the dumpling feeder on the tray feeding belt. The dumpling mass is portioned by the machine and rolled into a round dumpling by a special system. Subsequently, the rolled dumplings are inserted into the packaging.
The dumpling rolling and packing line consists of the dumpling mass portioner (in connection with a sausage filling machine e.g. Vemag, Handmann), the dumpling roller, a tray destacker, the tray feeding and positioning belt and the dumpling feeder.
