Operation
The meat to be filled is placed in the storage container by means of a lifting/tipping device. Through the movement of the mixing device and the discharge by the screw conveyors located at the bottom of the container, the product is conveyed onto the metering belts. The squeegees even out the product flow on the belts. The product falls into the discharge chutes at the end of the metering belts and is discharged into the trays below after a preset metering time. If the quantity of a single discharge is not sufficient, the control system offers the option of double discharge. In this case, two portions are discharged one after the other into a container.
