Operation
The cups, previously filled manually with product (aspic insert), are fed into the machine. A special transport system moves the cups through the machine. At the first station, the cups are weighed and filled with aspic in the next step. The cups filled to the brim are capped in the last step and transferred to subsequent transport technology.
