Operation
The pieces of meat are fed into the drum through the opening. Due to the rotary motion and the inclined position of the drum, the pieces of meat are transported through the system. The pieces are continuously sprayed with water from above and freed from adhesions. For the water, the operator can select how much circulating water and how much fresh water should flow into the drum via the pipes. The water is collected in a collecting tank under the drum. Depending on the setting, fresh water is continuously added to the circulating water via an overflow on the collecting tank.
