Operation

The 2-track belt system in combination with a tray diverter allows the trays to be combined into one line or even different tray sizes to be processed simultaneously. Integration into an existing processing line is possible without any problems. The system adapts to the respective line capacity.

Structure

The machine consists of a container feed conveyor, two interchangeable lid magazines, two lid feeders, the roll-ons or press-ons, and a tray diverter. Different machine designs allow the lids to be rolled on or pressed on.
