Operation
The various components are conveyed via the feeders into the product mixer or pusher. The previously selected components are assembled and added to the casing. The casings are removed from the machine ready filled and sealed.

Structure
The plant consists of a feeding belt for solid products such as meat or vegetables, a dosing device with scales, the dosing for aspic and the product mixer and feeder. The filling quantities and mixing ratios can be freely selected.
