Operation
The haulm is filled manually at the two metering points until the specified weight is reached. The haulm is then discharged into the previously automatically destacked trays and transported further. After topping and lidding, the trays are transferred to an external conveyor belt.
Structure
The filling line is designed as an independent machine, which enables the semi-automated filling of coleslaw. In addition to the automatic tray destacker and decker, this also includes a laker for the filled trays. The conveyor belt is designed in such a way that the trays are guided on a rail and are only touched by the carriers of the conveyor belt. This counteracts contamination of the trays.
