Operation
The cut cabbage or vegetable is pressed into the barrel and then lactated. To prevent the product from flowing out, a product hold-down is attached.

Structure
The product pusher is designed as an independent machine and can be easily integrated into an existing line. All necessary assemblies, such as the barrel roller conveyor with automatic barrel infeed, the infusion lance with product depressor, are connected to a stable base frame.
