Operation

The trays are automatically destacked and conveyed to the dumpling feeder on the tray feed belt. The dumpling mass is portioned by an external machine and transported to the dumpling rolling belts. The portioned masses are rolled into round dumplings by a special system. The rolled dumplings are then placed in the packaging.

Structure

The dumpling rolling packaging line consists of two dumpling rollers, two tray destackers, the tray feeding and positioning conveyors and the dumpling inserters.
