Operation
The sandwiches are fed into the cutter via a conveyor belt. The sandwiches are first precisely aligned and then secured against twisting by a hold-down belt and cut. The cut sandwiches are transferred to a discharge conveyor.

The sandwich slicer is designed as a stand-alone machine and can be easily integrated into a line. The machine includes a conveyor belt, a positioning device for aligning the sandwiches, as well as the knife and a hold-down belt.
