Operation

The spice doser is used for dosing moist or dry spices and cut vegetables as individual components or for spice mixtures. Due to the integrated chopper, long-fibered spice components can be dosed precisely. The doser adapts to the respective line output by means of the installed control system.

Structure

The spice dosing unit is designed as a machine for adding spices. The product container and all applications required for dosing are connected to a stable base frame. The spice doser can be easily integrated into an existing processing line.
