Operation

The system is operated by one person only. The buckets to be palletized are brought together to form a row or layer by means of a drainage belt. The operator manually guides the gripper over the layer of pails to be transferred. The gripper is actuated pneumatically and fixes the pails in place.

Structure

The palletizer/depalletizer for buckets consists of a mechanical-pneumatic gripper in combination with a hoist, e.g. a gantry crane.
