Filling of meatloaf (liver loaf) into trays

  • meatloaf (fine, coarse)
  • pizza meatloaf

Operation

The sausage meat is fed into the machine by means of a sausage stuffer (e.g. Handmann/VEMAG) and portioned. The filling valve lowers into the trays during the filling process and cuts off the sausage meat towards the end. The trays then move out of the machine and are transferred to an external conveyor.

Structure

The entire plant is designed as an independent machine and built on a stable base frame made of stainless steel. The line includes the tray conveyor, the product filling head with feed tube, the tray destacker, and the electrical and pneumatic control cabinets.
