Operation

The potatoes are conveyed up into the machine via a conveyor belt and weighed. The weighed quantity of potatoes is conveyed via a feed belt into a cooking kettle and cooked. After cooking, the potato mass is conveyed into a mixer and mixed with other ingredients. After mixing, the finished dumpling mass is ready for further processing.

Structure

The plant consists of a potato feeding belt, potato weighing, water dosing, several cooking kettles with automatic filling and a mixer for the potato mass.
